Sunday's meeting accomplishes nothing

Both the Post-Gazette and KDKA report that Sunday's meeting between the board and union, without either side's professional negotiators, failed to accomplish anything. No new talks are scheduled and the strike looks to extend to its maximum length. By law the teachers must report back to work this Friday.
