Another piece of the Shoppes at Adams Ridge lineup has been announced - Pizza Hut. There's a small sign on site announcing the future location as well as various job listings. There's no projected opening date and no mention on Pizza Hut's official site.

this is supposedly going to be some sort of pizza hut/sports bar type place. they requested a liquor license..
Pizza huts usually have beer. The Wexford one does.
The people who are putting in Pizza Hut bought the liquor license from a bar in butler called 356 that just closed. So they have one already from what I heard.
The franchisee who runs this area is running them all into the ground. It's a family run deal all the way and, asides from the absentee patriarch who earned all of the money to buy the stores with, the kids couldn't run a lemonade stand if their life depended on it. Too bad, because this new ( for P.H. ) concept has some potential.
Wish I would have outbid them for the territory, because these types of stores could do well in the right hands/location in the PA-Ohio-WVA Tri-State area.
We live right in Seven Fields and have been to the new Pizza Hut probably a good twenty times (Take out and Eat in), and I have to say that each time we go there the service gets worse and worse and worse. The first week they opened..FANTASTIC. Now, there is NEVER a manager anywhere to be found..there are bunch of kids running around like they don't know what the hell they are doing. I ordered take out but had to pick it up because I wasn't going to wait 50 minutes for delivery on a tuesday night when I live 2 minutes away. When I went into the store I stood at the counter for 10minutes with the same two girls walking past me multiple times until I finally had to stop one to get my food. Thankfully there are much more choices now in Seven Fields and we never have to go back there again. VERY poorly managed.
I have to agree that the service and empoyees are terrible at the 7fields Pizza Hut. I have been there with my co-workers for lunch and we stood waiting for a table because there were no employees at the front, they were all in the back. Then we have ordered take out and have experienced the same thing as the previous comment. Ignornat high school kids running the show and no one wants to lift a finger because they thought or hoped someone else took care of it already. VERY disappointing. Food is good as long as they get it right. Also when you call to order if they don't answer then it rolls over to Pizza Huts customer service line and they are rude. Good luck getting a manager on the phone. If they don't pick up which was the case the one time we ordered and you keep rolling over to Pizza Hut customer service, then you have to go there in person to straighten it out which we had to do. The owner needs to improve his operations. We'll give Capts our business.
I worked at Pizza Hut in Adams Ridge and it was horrbile..they didnt give me the hours i want..
the managers were very disorganized..i appologize if i was one of they people up front who didnt help..i usally take care what customers need..its a shame..
im so glad i dont work there anymore..now i have a real job..and the hours i need..so if you ever wanna go to pizza hut in adams ridge..dont..they treated me like shit..wouldnt be surprised if they did to anyone else that went in there..DONT get take out from there..DONT ask for a delivery..DONT get a job there..place is horrible and im so happy i dont work in that shithole anymore!
Went in for lunch with my co-workers last week to find out that they no longer offer the lunch buffet. We will no longer be going back. Smart move!
I was there this week for lunch. There was a very large group of Pizza Hut employees there to eat. They were off duty, and apparently either Managers from other stores or office staff of some sort. I asked one of the overwhelmed servers if they called ahead or gave any notice, and she politely smiled and said "I wish". There was an older fellow who seemed to be the head of the group who looked all steamed and ticked off that the servers were going under because of his group. If I was one of those servers, I would have spit in his food.
