The Tribune-Review recently had an article that examined the housing price trends over the past few years. Included was an interactive map with local prices, as well a two PDFs that listed the top markets in terms of price and growth.
Two local municipalities were listed amongst the top ten for new single family homes: Adams Township (78 new homes) and Cranberry Township (72 ).
